What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

• Providing timely and professional assistance through available communication channels.

• Helping customers resolve inquiries and basic technical issues using provided tools and guidelines.

• Identifying urgent concerns and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary.

• Meeting performance and quality targets established by the company and client.

• Collaborating with teammates to continuously improve customer experience and support processes.

• Contributing to a positive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented work environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• English proficiency at C1 level or above (reading, writing, and understanding), tested during the recruitment process

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM

• Willing to work onsite (WFO) at TPID RDTX Square, Jakarta, Indonesia

• Open to relocation if currently living outside Jakarta

• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Flexible to work following US Timezone (night shifts)

• Available to start around November 2026
