E-Commerce Operation Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies and business plans.

2. Manage daily e-commerce operations.

3. Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

4. Conduct data analysis and prepare sales and operational reports.

5. Coordinate and lead the e-commerce team.

6. Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and business partners.

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.

2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; preferably in Management, Marketing, or Information Technology.

3. Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplace operations, including Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

4. Experienced in working with data analytics, sales reports, and operational KPIs.

5. Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-target and fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.

2. Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplace operations, including Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

3. Ability to develop up-to-date online retail sales strategies to drive and increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
