2. Develop creative concepts, hooks, storytelling, and CTAs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
3. Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and optimize content.
4. Research trends and optimize content to improve engagement and drive sales.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience in e-commerce content, preferably within the beauty industry.
3. Proven experience creating content that contributes to high GMV or sales performance.
4. Strong understanding of TikTok and performance-driven e-commerce content.
