• Conduct research and monitor competitor content trends and skincare industry developments to ensure content remains relevant and high-quality.
• Develop a digital content activity plan that aligns with the brand's image and objectives across social media and e-commerce platforms (including live shopping), aimed at increasing sales and attracting new customers.
• Represent the brand during live sessions on social media, if needed.
• Communicate and coordinate content implementation plans to ensure they align with business goals and deliver consistent messaging.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
• Execute approved plans, including creating promotional videos and crafting compelling copy to engage and attract customers.
• Ensure all content activities are executed according to plan and provide performance reports and evaluations for each initiative.
• Manage administrative tasks related to content activities to ensure operational excellence.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Experience in the beauty industry or FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Copywriting.
