Tanggung jawab

• Responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies across social media platforms.
• Develop editorial plans and content calendars aligned with brand objectives and consumer insights.
• Create engaging, culturally relevant content ideas and copy tailored to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
• Ensure strong visual direction and consistency across all digital content.
• Manage content timelines and coordinate with internal teams and digital agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback to digital agencies and content partners.
• Continuously improve the brand’s digital presence through relevant, engaging, and high-performing content.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, agency, or corporate environment is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Understands basic social media analytics and performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.).
• Consumer-Centric Thinking: Ability to understand audience motivations, behaviors, and content consumption patterns.
• Creativity & Trend Agility: Ability to generate fresh content ideas and quickly adapt to emerging trend.
• Ownership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for content performance and delivery.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to derive insights from data.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality execution.
• Having a content portfolio is highly preferred.
• Willing to work in West Jakarta area.
