Director of Operations for Hospital (Bali)

In this position you will lead the planning, development, and execution of the hospital's strategy from the ground up. This is a key executive role responsible for turning the hospital's vision into reality and ensuring operational excellence in the aesthetic healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the hospital facility.

• Manage regulatory compliance and obtain necessary healthcare licenses.

• Develop and implement business strategies, service portfolios, and marketing plans.

• Define and ensure high-quality aesthetic services aligned with global standards.

• Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, vendors, and strategic business partners.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to shareholders/investors.

• Daily coordination with doctors, nurse, and hospital 'staff to deliver excellent services.

• Ensuring the hospital meets standards and regulations.

• Addressing patient concerns and feedback, and working to improve the patient experience within the hospital.

• Ensure patient safety and security of records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital, healthcare or medical leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing in Indonesia.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic communication skills.

• Background in medical or healthcare management is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali
