Division Head Business Office (Hospital-Doctor Only)

About the role

Lead end-to-end Business Office operations, including Registration, ICA, BPJS, and Inhealth, while collaborating directly with Executive Leadership to drive strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee seamless patient services, develop daily Business Office workflows, and set service standards aligned with overall hospital strategy.

• Ensure professional service delivery by monitoring regulatory compliance and driving continuous quality and safety improvements.

• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Quality Committee to ensure accurate metrics for executive decision-making.

• Set performance targets, evaluate staff, and plan training while supervising the Registration, ICA, BPJS, and Inhealth departments.

• Actively participate in strategic coordination meetings with the Hospital Director, Board of Directors, and Division Heads.

About you

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital Business Office in Hospital, preferably with ICA experience with a solid understanding of hospital operational workflows and experience in insurance/BPJS assurance.

• Medical Doctor (MD) is required, advanced qualifications in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or an MBA will be highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities, lead cross-functional healthcare teams, and communicate effectively across all levels.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
