Digital Marketing & Sales Development

Qualification :

• Indonesian (based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud)

• Excellent English, written and spoken

• Experience in digital marketing, online sales or business development (preferably in design, architecture, art, hospitality or creative industries)

• Good understanding of digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM, online research, industry platforms, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, independent and results-oriented

• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple opportunities

• Interest in design, architecture, art or ceramics is a big plus

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibility :

• Research and identify potential clients (designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, retailers, galleries, etc.) worldwide

• Use digital tools and online platforms (LinkedIn, industry platforms, email outreach, online research, etc.) to generate and develop new business opportunities

• Initiate and manage contact with potential clients and follow up on inquiries

• Present our collections, capabilities and bespoke services

• Support the development of custom projects and collaborations

• Work with the creative and production teams to prepare proposals and presentations

• Use digital marketing tools to support sales activities (campaigns, newsletters, targeted outreach)

• Monitor market trends, competitors and new opportunities

• Attend and support online and offline events, fairs and networking activities

• Keep the CRM and client database organized and updated

• Prepare simple reports and track progress
