Digital Marketing & Creative Associate

PT Pratesis is looking for a creative, energetic, and AI-savvy fresh graduate who is excited to turn ideas into impactful marketing activities and digital content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

• Develop marketing plans, campaign ideas, and creative concepts aligned with business objectives.

• Create engaging digital content and marketing materials across relevant channels.

• Support external-facing activities and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.

• Explore and leverage AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and marketing execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to turn business needs into effective marketing initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to explore, from Digital Marketing, DKV, Multimedia, Communication, or related backgrounds.

• Have exposure to digital marketing projects, campaigns, ATL/BTL activities, or content creation.

• Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.

• AI enthusiast who is curious, open-minded, and eager to experiment with new technology.

• Confident, smart, proactive, and able to present yourself professionally in external settings.

• Strong sense of initiative, influencing ability, and willingness to learn.
