Digital Banking Advisor

Responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and portfolio growth initiatives, and achieving customer and portfolio volume targets in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and service standards.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the financial services industry.
• Strong selling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Target-driven with the ability to perform in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong mindset in sales & service
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed by the bank
