Demi CDP – Grill Section

Job Description:

• Operate and oversee daily operations at the grill station during service hours.

• Cook and prepare grilled dishes (meat, seafood, poultry, & vegetables) following company recipes, taste standards, and plating guidelines.

• Consistently control meat doneness, cooking temperatures, and food quality.

• Manage station preparation (mise en place) and keep ingredient stocks adequately filled.

• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and proper care of all grilling equipment and work stations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Demi CDP or Senior Commis focusing on the grill section in Casual Fine Dining restaurants or hotels.

• Good technical knowledge of meat cuts, marination techniques, temperature control, and food safety standards.

• Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, disciplined, neat, and possesses good working stamina.

• Able to work efficiently and collaborate well within a busy kitchen team.

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willing to be placed in Seseh, Badung, Bali.
