Deskripsi pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
Import Clearance & Systems: Lead end-to-end import operations, managing accurate PIB submissions, manifest filings, status tracking (Nopen, channels, SPPB), and issue resolution through CEISA 4.0.
PPJK & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procedures, declarations, and documentation strictly adhere to Indonesian Customs regulations and official PPJK standards.
Documentation & Verification: Review commercial and shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO) for consistency before submission to prevent delays or discrepancies.
HS Code, Lartas & FTAs: Verify HS Code classifications, ensure required import permits/licenses (Lartas) are secured pre-arrival, and apply correct preferential tariff treatments under relevant FTAs.
Valuation & Tax Calculation: Calculate and verify applicable import duties and taxes (Bea Masuk, PPN, PPh 22) while auditing for custom valuation or tariff discrepancies.
Customs Facilities & Temporary Imports: Oversee customer-specific customs facilities and temporary import items (ISO tanks, IBCs, drums, reusable packaging), tracking re-export deadlines to avoid compliance liabilities.
Stakeholder Coordination & Problem Solving: Liaise with Bea Cukai, carriers, terminals, vendors, and clients to resolve clearance bottlenecks (PIB rejections, inspections, valuation issues, system errors) and escalate risks early.
Operations & Customer Communication: Partner with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Transport, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery while providing proactive clearance updates to clients.
Reporting & Audit Readiness: Maintain daily clearance trackers, retain organized audit records (permits, FTA files, facility logs), and generate routine performance reports.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field, with a valid PPJK certification.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import customs clearance and PPJK operations (prior experience with ISO Tanks, chemicals, dangerous goods/DG, or industrial cargo preferred
Proficient in CEISA 4.0, PIB filings, HS Code classification, Lartas permits, FTA/COO claims, import duty/tax calculations, and customs facilities management.
Knowledge of temporary imports, returnable packaging, SPPB/cargo release, trucking orders, and safety standards (HSEQ/IMDG).
Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office alongside relevant logistics/customs systems.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused, compliant, highly accountable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
