Customer Service Air Export (Temporary for Maternity Leave)

Job Description:

• Handle and coordinate air freight export shipments from booking to flight departure.

• Prepare and check export documents, including SI, MAWB/HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, PEB, and COO.

• Prepare and process PEB and customs clearance through CEISA.

• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, airlines, warehouse/ground handling, and related parties.

• Handle DG shipments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and airline requirements.

• Monitor shipment status, flight schedules, documentation, and resolve operational issues.

• Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations in coordination with airlines/GSSA.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Strong understanding of air freight export processes, export documentation, Customs procedures, and CEISA.

• Experienced in CargoWise or other freight forwarding systems; knowledge of DG/IATA DGR is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, including overtime or shift arrangements when required.

• Willing to work under a temporary 3-month contract as maternity leave replacement.
