Creative Event Planner

About the role

Develop event concepts, including themes, storylines, moodboards, and creative direction, based on client needs. Create unique ideas for activations, engagement activities, and experience design. Prepare creative decks and pitch presentations for client proposals and pitching sessions. Create detailed event flows, rundowns, and technical requirements. Supervise on-site event execution to ensure alignment with the approved concept.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event concepts, including themes, storylines, moodboards, and creative direction, based on client needs

• Create unique ideas for activations, engagement activities, and experience design

• Prepare creative decks and pitch presentations for client proposals and pitching sessions

• Create detailed event flows, rundowns, and technical requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, design, and operations, to ensure a smooth workflow

• Supervise on-site event execution to ensure alignment with the approved concept

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and project requirements

About you

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the event or agency industry

• Strong creativity with the ability to generate fresh and innovative event ideas

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure

• Proficient in creating presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva

• Willing to work on-site in Kemang, South Jakarta, and at event locations, including weekends and public holidays when required for event activities
