Event Operations

About the role

Riliv is seeking a freelance Event Operations professional to support selected events on a project-by-project basis. Depending on the agreed scope, each assignment may involve event preparation, stakeholder coordination, on-site or online event support, and post-event administration. You will work closely with Riliv's internal project owner, who will remain responsible for client relationships, commercial scope, and key approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Review the event brief, agreed scope, timeline, and key deliverables for each assigned project

• Support event preparation, including coordinating timelines, checklists, technical requirements, and necessary event materials

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, such as speakers, facilitators, moderators, vendors, and event support personnel, based on the assigned scope

• Attend and act as the Event PIC for assigned online and/or on-site events

• Help ensure the event runs according to the approved rundown and promptly flag operational risks or issues to Riliv's internal project owner

• Support the collection of agreed event documentation, attendance data, participant feedback, and post-event notes

• Submit the agreed handover or report after the event

About you

• Bachelor of Psychology

• Previous experience in event operations, project coordination, corporate events, or similar roles

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handling operational details during an event

• Able to work independently while keeping the relevant Riliv team updated

• Available to take on project-based assignments that may take place on weekdays and/or weekends

• Based in Jakarta or Greater Jakarta is preferred

• Willing to travel to other cities when required and mutually agreed for a project

• Interest or experience in mental health, employee wellbeing, psychology, HR, healthcare, or education is a plus
