3D Designer Event

About the role

Produce 3D visuals, renderings, and layout designs for stages, booths, and event setups. Create technical drawings, measurements, and production sheets for fabrication. Support on-site setup to ensure the final build matches the approved design.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 3D visuals, renderings, and layout designs for stages, booths, and event setups

• Create technical drawings, measurements, and production sheets for fabrication

• Collaborate with creative, planning, and production teams to ensure design feasibility

• Coordinate with vendors and provide clear working drawings for execution

• Support on-site setup to ensure the final build matches the approved design

About you

• 3–4 years of experience as a 3D Drafter/Designer in events or production

• Skilled in 3D and drafting software, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Blender

• Strong understanding of materials, construction, and event production methods

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to meet project deadlines

• Willing to work on-site in Kemang, South Jakarta, and at event locations, including weekends and public holidays when required for event activities
