Content Creator Intern

UPartners is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator Intern to support our F&B and CPG brands. You will be involved in creating engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from brainstorming ideas to production and publishing.

📍 Location: West Jakarta
🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid
📅 Duration: 3 Months Internship

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm fresh, relatable, and engaging content ideas tailored to our target audience.

• Develop creative concepts and scripts for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Manage end-to-end content production, including shooting, video editing, scheduling, and publishing.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with each brand’s identity and marketing objectives.

• Monitor content performance and identify trends and formats with potential for further development.

Requirements:

• Creative: Able to generate fresh, relatable, and engaging content ideas.

• Trend-savvy: Up to date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and able to adapt them to brands.

• Camera-confident: Expressive, comfortable, and confident appearing on camera.

• Hands-on: Familiar with smartphone video shooting and editing apps such as CapCut.

• Proactive: Adaptable, initiative-driven, and open to feedback.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

• Passionate about social media, content creation, and F&B or CPG brands.
