About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team at PT. Sumber Inspirasi Prima in Gamping, Yogyakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our digital marketing strategy. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, original content across various digital channels that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness. This role is essential to our marketing efforts and offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity whilst contributing to the company's growth and digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create original, engaging and high-quality content tailored for multiple digital platforms including social media, blogs, websites and video channels

• Develop content calendars and strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all content

• Produce written content including blog posts, social media captions, headlines and promotional materials

• Develop and edit video content, graphics and multimedia materials to enhance audience engagement

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content and audience preferences to inform creative strategies

• Optimise content for search engines and social media algorithms to maximise reach and engagement

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights

• Manage content distribution across various platforms and channels

• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer or similar digital marketing role within the Digital & Search Marketing sector

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing, graphic design and multimedia content creation abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (or local languages)

• Proficiency with content creation tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

• Experience with video editing software and tools for creating engaging video content

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles and digital marketing best practices

• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools for tracking content performance

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original content ideas and campaigns

• Knowledge of current digital trends, social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies

• Preferred: Experience with social media scheduling tools, influencer collaboration or paid digital advertising
