Talent Acquisition Analyst

As Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for finding potential candidates for the company. That includes:

• Implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job portal, etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Contribute to providing improvement idea

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Internship experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
