Club Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Attendant to join the team at Bali Padel Academy in Badung, Bali. As Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and overall presentation of our club facilities. You will ensure that members and guests enjoy a welcoming, well-maintained environment that reflects our commitment to excellence in hospitality and service. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for all who visit our academy and directly contributes to member satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all club areas, including courts, changing rooms, bathrooms, lounges and common spaces

• Perform daily cleaning and tidying tasks using appropriate equipment and cleaning products

• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries and supplies in changing rooms and washroom facilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of club spaces for events, tournaments and special occasions

• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damage to facilities to management

• Empty rubbish bins and maintain waste disposal areas in a hygienic manner

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude, providing directions and assistance as needed

• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities maintenance or hospitality service roles

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
