About the role

Evaluate garment construction, stitching, seams, and workmanship against quality standards. Review garment patterns, measurements, fit, and construction details for accuracy. Identify garment construction and pattern-related defects and recommend corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate garment construction, stitching, seams, and workmanship against quality standards

• Review garment patterns, measurements, fit, and construction details for accuracy

• Identify garment construction and pattern-related defects and recommend corrective actions

• Review technical specifications, measurement charts, tech packs, and approved samples

• Coordinate with QA, Technical, Pattern, and Production teams to resolve quality issues

• Prepare technical evaluation reports and support continuous quality improvement

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in garment QA, technical, pattern evaluation, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, pattern quality, and garment measurements

• Able to interpret tech packs, technical specifications, and measurement charts

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and teamwork skills
