Marker Staff

About the role

Responsible for preparing and optimizing garment markers to ensure pattern accuracy, efficient fabric utilization, and compliance with production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange garment patterns for marker making according to technical specifications and production requirements.

• Create and optimize markers to maximize fabric utilization and minimize material waste.

• Ensure correct pattern placement, grainline, fabric direction, and pattern alignment.

• Coordinate with the Pattern, Cutting, and Technical teams to ensure marker accuracy.

• Check marker efficiency and accuracy before the cutting process.

• Revise markers according to style changes, pattern revisions, and production requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of marker files and fabric consumption.

About you

• Education: High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in marker making within the garment manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of garment patterns, fabric characteristics, and cutting processes.

• Familiarity with marker-making software, preferably Gerber AccuMark or similar systems.

• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the team.

• Willing to be placed at KIT Batang, Central Java.
