FASHION STORE ASSISTANT

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Minimum high school or vocational school education.

2. Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Neat, presentable, polite, and professional

5. Honest, disciplined, responsible, friendly, and proactive.

6. Interested in fashion, clothing, and current fashion trends.

7. Able to assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.

8. Able to operate a cash register and process customer payments.

9. Able to arrange merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean.

10. Detail-oriented in stock checking, inventory management, and sales recording.

11. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

12. Previous experience in fashion retail, boutiques, or clothing stores is an advantage.

13. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to local and international customers.

• Explain product details, sizes, materials, prices, and fashion collections.

• Assist with sales activities and achieve store sales targets.

• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate payment transactions.

• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.

• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security.

• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management.
