Business Development Officer (Liquid or Cosmetic)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Officer (Liquid or Cosmetic) to join the Mursmedic Group Indonesia team in a full-time. Based in North Jakarta, this is an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth and develop strategic partnerships within the liquid or cosmetic sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our business in this dynamic industry. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth trajectory whilst working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities for liquid and gel healthcare product or cosmetic product.

• Develop and maintain market intelligence databases covering customers, competitors, products, and industry developments.

• Perform opportunity screening and preliminary business feasibility assessment.

• Engage with customers, distributors, hospitals, and strategic partners to gather market insight. Bridging market opportunities with manufacturing capabilities.

• Support cross-functional teams in translating market requirements into actionable projects.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, QA/RA, Supply Chain, and Procurement Teams to understand product development and commercialization requirements.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to organize and deliver internal and external business events.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 1 year of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship or experience in business development is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Understanding of commercial and manufacturing concepts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Knowledge of product development, regulatory requirements, feasibility studies, and financial analysis is a plus.
