Business Development

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new commercial property sales and leasing opportunities that align with company objectives

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, corporate clients and other key stakeholders

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector

• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients, tailored to their specific requirements and interests

• Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and lease agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives

• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress and key performance metrics

• Attend industry events, networking forums and conferences to establish brand presence and generate new business leads

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in business development, financial analyst within the real estate and property sector

• Strong understanding of financial analyst

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and close deals within competitive markets

• Proficiency in market research, financial analysis and preparing persuasive proposals and presentations

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding business development targets

• Knowledge of Bali's real estate market and established networks within the region is highly advantageous

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; additional language skills are beneficial

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
