Financial Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data related to property portfolios, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for commercial property operations

• Develop and maintain financial models to support property valuation, investment appraisal, and lease analysis

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for property management activities

• Conduct feasibility studies for new property acquisitions and leasing opportunities

• Review and analyse lease agreements to assess financial implications and rental income projections

• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within property operations

• Support the development of pricing strategies for commercial leasing and sales

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate, property management, or commercial sectors

• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using financial analysis software or tools

• Knowledge of property valuation methods, lease structures, and real estate market dynamics

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial findings to non-financial audiences

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with Indonesian property market and regulatory requirements is advantageous
