Business Development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Statistics or related disciplines.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business development, market research or data analysis (experience in cable manufacturing, electrical, industrial or B2B sectors is preferred).

• Proven skills in data analytics and market intelligence gathering.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization/reporting tools.

• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated track record in end-to-end sales pipelines, client acquisition and closing business deals.

• Placement: Balaraja, Tangerang Regency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and demand forecasting to identify new business opportunities.

• Analyze market data, competitor strategies and competitor manpower mapping to maintain competitive advantage.

• Prepare, review and present accurate commercial quotations (SPH) tailored to prospective client requirements.

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B/B2G customer accounts across target industries.

• Lead commercial negotiations and terms discussions from initial pitch through to contract closing.

• Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Supply Chain and Finance) for seamless solution delivery.

• Evaluate business development performance, prepare pipeline analytics and present strategic reports to management.
