About the Role

PT Energy Logistics is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Balikpapan branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing branch performance, developing client relationships, managing resources, and ensuring the achievement of operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and reliable logistics services.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer portfolio.

• Identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate commercial opportunities.

• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue targets, profitability, operational costs, and budget control.

• Supervise and develop branch personnel, ensuring productivity, accountability, and effective teamwork.

• Coordinate with Head Office and other branches to ensure smooth operational execution and alignment with company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor operational performance, resolve escalated issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare regular branch performance reports, business forecasts, and operational updates for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or related industries, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain management.

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong commercial acumen, financial awareness, and operational problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Mining, or Project Logistics industries is an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
