Position: Finance & Accounting Staff

Location in Kalawat – Minahasa Utara

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting/Taxation.

• Min. 1 years work experience in the same position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and have continuous improvement spirit.

• Have a strong work ethic, be honest, dependable and responsible.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Placed in Kalawat – Minahasa Utara

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepare bank journals and bank reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Credit Note (CN) reports.

• Prepare payment schedules.

• Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) journal entries.

• Prepare AP summaries and detailed reports.

• Prepare recaps of Input VAT (VAT In), Output VAT (VAT Out), and Article 23 Income Tax (PPh 23).

• Prepare Input VAT and PPh 23 reports through the Coretax system.

• Prepare memorial journal entries.

• Organize and maintain journal voucher records and archives.
