Position: Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Location in Kalawat – Minahasa Utara

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance & Accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Experience working at a public accounting firm is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and have continuous improvement spirit.

• Have a strong work ethic, be honest, dependable and responsible.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Placed in Kalawat – Minahasa Utara.

Responsibility:

• Supervise and review the work of Finance & Accounting Staff.

• Prepare monthly closing journal entries.

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of cash advances.

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of leasing transactions.

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of other payables.

• Prepare employee receivable reports.

• Prepare other assets reports.

• Prepare unbilled transaction reports.

• Coordinate with Head Office and other branches regarding inter-branch transactions
