Bell Driver

Metland Hotel Group is one of Indonesia’s fast-developing hotel brands, committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Bell Driver to join our team at Metland Seva Seminyak.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room transfers.

• Drive guests safely to and from the hotel or other designated locations as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the hotel vehicle.

• Assist with guest transportation requests and provide information about hotel facilities and local destinations.

• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.

• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to the Engineering or relevant department.

• Ensure all guest belongings and luggage are handled carefully and securely.

• Perform other duties related to guest services as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bell Driver, Driver, or similar position in a hotel or hospitality industry.

• Possess a valid SIM A.

• Good knowledge of Bali roads, destinations, and tourist areas.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
