Bartender (Nightclub) - PT. Svaha Jagad Bali

About the role

PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is bringing a vibrant new nightlife experience to Canggu. We are searching for highly skilled, fast, and charismatic Bartenders to join our Bar Operations team. If you love crafting amazing cocktails, putting on a great show for guests, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect stage for you.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (classic cocktails, signature drinks, spirits, etc.) quickly, consistently, and according to standard recipes (SOP)

• Interact with guests in the bar area, provide drink recommendations (upselling), and deliver exceptional customer service

• Ensure the bar area, equipment, and glassware are always clean and hygienic before, during, and after operations

• Collaborate with Bar Manager, Head Bartender, and Barback to ensure smooth stock management of beverages (fruit, ice, garnish, syrup, and liquor) at each station

• Follow standard drink measurement procedures to minimize spillage/wastage and maintain COGS targets

• Maintain professionalism and safety by complying with applicable alcohol service laws

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in high-volume nightclubs, beach clubs, bars, or starred hotels

• Strong knowledge of mixology, bartending techniques, spirits, liqueurs, and wine

• Good free-pouring skills and ability to work at high speed (speed bartending) without compromising drink quality

• Outgoing personality, confident, and able to entertain guests at the bar

• Fluent in English (spoken) to interact with international guests

• Able to work under pressure with high noise levels and crowded environments

• Must be willing to work night shift systems (late evening until early morning), weekends, and public holidays

• Available to start immediately
