Barista

About the role

As part of the grand opening of several new outlets in Kuta, Jimbaran, and Buwit, we are looking for passionate, energetic, and service-oriented Baristas to join the Pepito Culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee according to company standards, including grinder calibration to ensure taste consistency

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment properly

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service and handle sales transactions

• Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, work area, and seating area

• Prepare basic reports related to inventory, stock, and beverage requirements

About you

• Minimum Senior High School graduate, preferably Diploma in Food & Beverage

• At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar barista position

• Good knowledge of coffee, coffee machines, and workplace hygiene standards

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and able to work in a team

• Proactive, creative, and computer literate, including basic cashier system skills
