Marketing Agent - BPKB (Jabodetabek)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, agents, and business partners.

• Promote BPKB financing products and achieve assigned sales and business targets.

• Recruit, manage, monitor, coach, and develop agents to improve their performance.

• Ensure marketing and operational activities comply with company SOPs and applicable requirements.

• Identify operational issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

• Prepare and manage individual and team performance reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and achieve company targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Agent, Agent Relationship Executive, or in a similar role within financial services or banking industry.

• Experience with BPKB financing products is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

• Strong communication, teamwork, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of the Jabodetabek market, including local customer characteristics, business opportunities, and surrounding areas.
