Telesales Agent - WhatsApp (BPKB)

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp regarding BPKB financing products, eligibility, loan amounts, tenor, and application procedures.

• Follow up with potential customers, address concerns, and convert leads into financing applications.

• Monitor application progress, including form completion, survey scheduling, and outstanding documents.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using WhatsApp Business or CRM systems.

• Achieve sales targets and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or WhatsApp/chat handling.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM systems.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to manage a high volume of leads.

• Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is an advantage.
