Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking.

• Ensure food is prepared according to the restaurant’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

• Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper food storage.

• Assist with stock control and kitchen inventory.

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent food quality and service and other departement teams to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.

• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
