Architectural Designer

Job Description

• Conduct surveys and measurements for new clinics, renovations, and relocations to ensure project plans align with site conditions

• Prepare and verify project readiness, including layout plans, 3D designs, cost estimates

• Collaborate with teams, consultants, contractors, and others to plan and prepare for project execution

• Execute projects according to established timelines and S-curve charts

• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee project inspections, including site visits, electrical tests, timeline compliance, and final account verification

• Generate weekly progress reports and S-curve updates

• Review contractor handover documents and validate Handover Minutes (BAST)

• Handle all administrative tasks necessary for project implementation

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering

• 1-2 years of experience in Construction Project Support; fresh graduates are welcome

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)

• Proficient in editing software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, etc.)

• Proficient in project management tools

• Portfolio of construction projects is a plus
