Fashion Designer

We’re looking for a trend-driven and commercially-minded Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is not just about analyzing data, you will play a key role in shaping what we sell. From brainstorming new designs, selecting winning styles, to evaluating product performance, you’ll sit at the intersection of fashion, data, and business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brainstorm and develop new product ideas (design, color, material, styling)

- Work closely with the team to select and refine designs before production

- Explore new fashion trends, references, and market opportunities

- Be involved in sampling, fitting, and product evaluation

- Analyze sales data, sell-through rates, and product performance

- Identify best-sellers, slow-moving items, and product gaps

- Understand and optimize the fast fashion lifecycle

- Stay updated with local and global fashion trends

- Translate insights into commercially viable products

- Prepare clear, structured reports on product performance

- Present insights and recommendations to internal teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Fashion, Product Development, or related field

- Strong understanding of fashion trends + what sells in the market

- Detail-oriented (especially in product quality, sizing, and finishing)

- Able to balance creative thinking with commercial awareness

- Familiar with fast fashion / wholesale environment is a big plus

- Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus

- Strong communication skills, able to present ideas and insights clearly
