What You'll Do :
- Design and develop fashion collections aligned with the brand identity and market trends.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories for new collections.
- Monitor sample development and provide revisions when needed.
- Ensure collections are delivered according to the product development timeline.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, and materials.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
