Tanggung jawab

• Develop content monthly execution plans that integrate from all platforms or media to create relevant and uniform messages & branding at the given time.
• Develop content storyboards and lead briefing sessions with KOLs, Influencers, Talents, or agencies, to drive high-quality and business-driven content execution.
• Analyze content, campaign, affiliate, and channel performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements based on business and channel conditions to
• achieve targets.
• Develop and direct article & keywords development, use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach to create impactful writings for several media.
• Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational & business goals.
• Develop comprehensive digital & social media reports by providing analysis, insight, summary, and recommendations based on objective and substantive, to evaluate digital content performances.
• Ensure that content published (visuals, audio, live streaming, etc) are in accordance with branding guidelines.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication.
• Min. 3 - 4 years in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or Social Media & Content.
• Having experience in the Beauty Industry, E-Commerce, or Retail.
• Having experience in managing multiple agencies.
