Prepare and maintain daily and/or weekly journal entries
Involve in monthly financial closing process, including all journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
Review the completion and compliance of all supporting documents
Participate in the ongoing development of accounting system and policies
Liaise with external auditors to ensure data preparation and compliance
Collaborate with other team for inquiry and data gathering
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or related field
Min. 2 years relevant working experience, preferably with retail or e-commerce background
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and experience working within full cycle of the closing process
Good understanding of basic taxation knowledge
Ability to gather data logically and accurately
Possess a can-do attitude, attention to detail and good time management skills
Experience working with general ledger system
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication in English
Available to work from office (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
Able to join immediately
