Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities

1. Handle the Indonesian company’s day-to-day accounting, and prepare accounting vouchers and financial statements.

2. Manage cost accounting, review expenses, and track budget execution to support project cost control.

3. Handle tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial settlements.

4. Submit financial data and reports on time in accordance with the Chinese headquarters’ finance requirements.

5. Assist with coordination with local auditors, tax authorities, and other external organizations to ensure compliant operations.

6. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. A university degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. Experience in the oil industry is preferred.

3. Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, sufficient to handle Chinese-language financial documents and day-to-day communication.

4. Familiarity with Indonesian financial and tax regulations is preferred.

5. Long-term residents of Jakarta are preferred.

6. Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong professional ethics and a commitment to confidentiality.
