Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

This role involves monitoring and evaluating inbound distributor/principal and customer return performances against agreed SLAs, as well as overseeing stock opname and daily cycle count activities. You will provide operational data on inbound, inventory, and customer returns, maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors, and support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate inbound (distributor/principal, return from customer) performances as SLA agreed

• Monitor and evaluate stock opname and daily cycle count performances as SLA agreed

• Provide operational data (inbound, inventory, return from customer)

• Build and maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors

• Apply problem solving skills for handling operational issues and complaints in daily activities

• Maintain conducive working environment and alignment with team members according to company values

• Provide and receive feedback in a good manner

• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures

• Support budget and operational financial control

• Actively support improvement implementation

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major

• More than 2 years experience in related field

• Honest, strong integrity value and good attitude to connect with others

• Self driven to complete tasks, high initiative to act, team player with results oriented attitude and problem solving attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Sharp attention to detail to increase team productivity and reduce errors

• High proficiency in MS applications

• Eagerness to learn, loyal with flexible working hours

• Willing to work in SIRCLO's Jabodetabek warehouse
