About the role

Mahkota Home Living is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Canvassing professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our interior design and home living solutions. As a Sales Canvassing specialist, you will be the face of Mahkota Home Living, engaging directly with potential clients to showcase our products and services. This role is essential to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers in the competitive interior design market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field canvassing activities to identify and engage potential customers within assigned territories in Tangerang and surrounding areas

• Present Mahkota Home Living's interior design products, home furnishings and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent lead generation and conversion efforts

• Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities using company CRM systems

• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project implementations

• Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about the latest interior design trends and home living offerings

• Represent Mahkota Home Living professionally at community events, exhibitions and promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales canvassing, field sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within the interior design, home furnishings or retail sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer segments effectively

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously

• Proficiency in Indonesian language; English language skills are advantageous

• Familiarity with interior design concepts, home décor trends and furniture styles is preferred

• Valid driving licence and reliable transportation for field canvassing activities

• Ability to work independently in the field whilst maintaining strong team collaboration

• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred, though relevant sales experience may be considered equivalent
