Warehouse Supervisor (Cikupa Area)

Job Description :

• Controlling and monitoring day to day operation (receiving, warehouse movement until delivery).

• Create, controlling and updating work instruction and any improvemnet flow process.

• Check, and controlling report handling by customer.

• Create idea improvement as Kaizen.

• 5S Activity.

General Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics as a Supervisor.

• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations.

• Required Skill(s): Strong and Good Leadership

• Able to operate, Ms Office, SAP system and WMS

• Strong background and understanding of inventory management and stock control.

• Able to monitor, analyze, and control stock/inventory visibility across multiple warehouses/sites.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for inventory data processing, analysis, and monitoring.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify stock discrepancies and inventory issues.

• Adequate English communication skills for work-related needs.

• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in shifts and overtime as required by operational needs.
