Warehouse Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Maintain daily outbound activitity from manpower schedule, reporting and gameplan evaluation.
2. Communication with supply chain & category team to solve an issue and set a forecast.
3. Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.
4. Evaluate worklngflow to increase manpower productivity and service level
5. Conduct daily report align with KPI

Requirements

1. In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have
2. At least 3 years experience in the fresh product warehousing, with 2 years in spv level.
3. Advanced knowledge to overseeing outbound process.
4. Maintain outbound plan and fulfillment accuracy.
5. Familiarity with multiple pick process.- Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.
6. Ensuring standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
7. Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.
8. Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)
9. Flexibility working hours, including weekends and public holiday.
10. Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
