Identify and improve recurring process pain points, especially across payment and campaign processes.
Design and implement end-to-end processes for new business models and initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process implementation and operational readiness.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and guidelines.
Monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, or related roles.
Proven experience in designing, improving, and implementing end-to-end business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable solutions.
Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving process implementation.
Strong capability in developing SOPs, process flows, guidelines, and process governance.
Strong data analytics skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
Strong business acumen and ownership, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
