- Identify and solve Finance process issues through automation, data, technology, and improved controls.
- Build and maintain Finance tools, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
- Drive improvements across Finance processes to make them more effective, efficient, and cost-effective, including AI-driven solutions.
- Work with Finance, Product, Data, Commercial, and Technology teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Analyze data and process performance, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and support UAT and implementation.
- Proactive problem solver who is eager to simplify manual processes, identify issues, and come up with practical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Strategic Finance, Process Improvement, Reconciliation, or related areas.
- Demonstrated exposure and strong understanding of business and finance process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel skills and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Exposure to Data, Technology, BI, or reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI / Generative AI is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, curious, and solution-oriented, with strong ownership to follow through and get things done.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce / quick-commerce environment.
