About the role

Warehouse Specialist responsible for establishing and optimizing warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operating procedures and management standards to ensure streamlined logistics workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimize warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operating procedures and management standards to ensure streamlined logistics workflows

• Conduct regular audits on inventory accuracy (physical vs. system) and verify timely system data entry and document archiving

• Ensure compliant material storage and zoning

• Supervise and analyze monthly physical inventory counts (stock opname)

• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions in a timely manner

• Assist with task allocation and personnel performance assessments

• Enforce warehouse safety rules and 5S standards

• Comply with information security regulations

• Execute ad-hoc management tasks

About you

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations

• Advanced English and Advanced Mandarin (fluent in both for daily professional communication and reporting)

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and ERP/WMS systems

• Keen attention to detail

• Solid cross-functional collaboration capabilities
