Warehouse Mandarin Translator

About the role

Serve as a communication bridge for oral and written translation between foreign workers and local workers in the warehouse area. Translate work documents, SOPs, receiving/shipping instructions, and daily warehouse reports.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational translation between foreign workers and local workers in the warehouse

• Translate work documents, SOPs, receiving/shipping instructions, and daily warehouse reports

• Support supervision of loading/unloading activities, stock recording, and logistics coordination in the field

• Assist in communicating operational constraints or field needs to management

• Drive company operational vehicles when required for external tasks, document handling, or team mobility

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational activities and communications in the warehouse to supervisors

About you

• Proficient and fluent in reading, writing, listening, and speaking Mandarin Chinese

• Preferred: Understanding of technical warehouse/logistics operational terminology

• Must be able to drive vehicles and hold an active driving license (SIM A / SIM C)

• Communicative, responsible, and able to work under pressure in field operations
